Calculate Tortuosity and Absolute Permeability of fibre reifnroced concrete using Micro-CT images

Hi, I am very grateful if someone can assist me on how to calculate tortuosity and absolute permeability of fibre reinforced concrete using CT data in Dragonfly? I could calculate Porosity but stuck in this phase. Thank you so much.

Would you please confirm you’re at the right place? Dragonfly is an in-memory data store that is compatible with Redis but much more performant.

If we are the Dragonfly you’re looking for, please provide more details and specific commands you’d like to use. Otherwise, it would be hard for me to help, as your application again is very domain-knowledge demanding. Thanks for understanding.

Thanks for your response! I’m actually referring to Dragonfly by Object Research Systems (ORS) — the image analysis and visualization software used for working with CT data in materials science.

I’m working on fibre reinforced concrete and trying to calculate tortuosity and absolute permeability using CT data. I’ve managed to compute porosity, but I’m currently stuck on the next steps.
